Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at JNC Recruitment Limited. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st line support for IT-related issues
  • Administer Active Directory and Group Policy within MS Windows
  • Manage user accounts and access permissions
  • Resolve laptop and desktop issues
  • Manage mobile, hardware, and software assets
  • Collaborate with 3rd party suppliers
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Requirements:
  • 6 months+ experience in 1st line support
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows 10
  • Experience with Office 365
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills
  • ITIL certification (desirable)
  • Ability to undergo UK Security Clearance

Please note that this position requires the candidate to hold or attain a level of Security Clearance, which includes being a British Citizen and having lived in the country for the last 5 years.
