Jenson Fisher, a boutique founder-owned company, is seeking a talented Junior Financial Planner to join their team. As a business, they offer a unique blend of expertise and personalized service, making them an ideal place for someone to launch their career in financial planning.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with the Founder, learning the end-to-end advice process and developing key skills in client relationships, financial planning, and wealth management.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Founder on client meetings and learning the advice process
- Assisting with administrative tasks related to client meetings
- Working with lower-value clients to develop skills and experience
- Transitioning to a performance-based bonus scheme after 9-12 months
We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated and team-oriented individual with a Diploma in a relevant field, we encourage you to apply.
