About the Role:
We are seeking an ambitious Group Senior HR Business Partner to take ownership of the UK HR operational and strategic aspects of our global product company. Our company has a presence in the UK, Europe, and North America, employing over 750 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the UK HR operational and strategic aspects of the company
- Develop and implement HR strategy, improvement projects, and advise senior management staff across the group
- Provide best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment
- Support employee relations and change management, including planning and project management through to effective delivery
- Stay up-to-date with employment law and best practice, and maintain CPD
- Support all levels of management and drive a culture of positive change, diversity, and inclusion
- Deliver employee training and coaching, and provide guidance on talent management
Requirements:
- Degree-level qualification in a related discipline
- CIPD level 5 or above (or working towards)
- Proven track record of providing best practice HR Business Partner services in a busy HR environment
- Strong background in employee relations and change management
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law and best practice
- Experience of working across multi-site organisations and providing remote support
- Experience of supporting all levels of management
- Background in supporting employee engagement initiatives
