Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse RGN, Physiotherapist, or Occupational Therapist to join our client in Norwich as a Clinical Transition Specialist. In this role, you will assess customers' medical conditions and produce written reports for the DWP.

Responsibilities and Duties: As a Clinical Transition Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing up to 4 customers per day, taking clinical observations and questioning, creating a written report for the DWP. Your report forms part of the decision on support for the customer, assessing Personal Independent Payments or Employment and Support Allowance.

Training and Development: Our client provides industry-leading training, with a focus on developing your skills to support customers. You will receive full training, approximately 6 months long, which comes with payment. Additionally, you will benefit from ongoing CPD, over 100 hours protected per annum, support with revalidation, and career development within the organization.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 2 years of experience in an in-patient facing role, dealing with a wide range of clinical conditions. You must also possess excellent computer skills, typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute, and highly literate communication skills.
