**Job Role**

We Are With You is seeking three Community Link Workers to join our team in Argyll and Bute. As a Community Link Worker, you will be responsible for delivering our services, working closely with local stakeholders to provide support and guidance to individuals and communities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing 1:1 support and guidance to individuals, helping them navigate complex social and emotional circumstances
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local services and organisations to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Contributing to service planning and evaluation, ensuring that our services meet the needs of the community

**Requirements**

  • Knowledge and experience of working with people experiencing complex social and emotional circumstances, including mental health difficulties
  • Ability to establish effective interpersonal skills, working with people on a 1:1 basis, and learning recognised therapeutic techniques
  • Knowledge about the impact of poverty and health inequalities on health and wellbeing
