Resident Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual to join our team as a Resident Support Worker. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks such as bathing and dressing, preparing meals and snacks, and providing support and companionship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the care home, including laundry and cleaning duties
  • Assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Preparing meals and snacks for residents
  • Providing support and companionship to residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a care environment
  • Reliable and flexible with regards to working hours
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect residents' dignity

Salary and Benefits:

£11.44 per hour
