Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Insurance Broker. This is an excellent chance to learn about insurance policies, work in a fast-paced environment, and grow your career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for learning the processes involved in policies, administering policies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Understand and implement policy processes and systems.
  2. Administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries.
  3. Deliver high-quality telephone and email service to intermediaries, customers, and other relevant third parties.
  4. Efficiently process daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits.
  5. Meet operational deadlines and handle policy queries or concerns from other departments.
  6. Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat.
Requirements
  1. A good level of education is required.
  2. Some work experience is preferred.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  4. Ability to understand and use established systems - good PC skills.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
