Job Description

This Customer Delivery Driver role involves delivering customer shopping trips by:

  • Loading the van as required and checking the vehicle for roadworthiness
  • Ensuring the van and trays used are clean and kept tidy/organised
  • Leaving the back yard clean, tidy, and clear of rubbish, and picking up litter as seen
  • Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with customers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any issues or concerns to management

A strong understanding of customer needs and expectations, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering customer shopping trips safely and efficiently
  • Managing time effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues promptly
