Job Title: Senior Site Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team on a prestigious project in West Cornwall. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of scheduled works, organizing waste control, Health & Safety, and compliance to planning regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting, co-ordinating, and monitoring all team and sub-contractor activities
- Ensuring the Health & Safety of all staff, sub-contractors, visitors, and the public
- Producing and maintaining project records in line with procedures and company requirements
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress
- Maintaining quality control checks
The ideal candidate will have experience of planning and programming complex works, including renovations on listed buildings. Relevant qualifications include SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, and Temporary Works. A background in Design & Build and/or Heritage experience would be beneficial.
Salary Estimate: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
