About the Role:
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate English SEMH teacher to join our team of professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
">The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification and experience working with children with SEN, particularly autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.
">Your key responsibilities will include:
">- Delivering high-quality lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SENCO and support staff.
- Creating a supportive and nurturing environment that encourages social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Fostering strong relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support for each child.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting teaching strategies as needed.
