Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Behavioural Therapist - ABA Tutor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our clients and their families to develop and implement individualized behaviour support plans. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy sessions, conducting assessments and evaluations, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify individualized goals and objectives
- Develop and implement behaviour support plans in collaboration with other professionals
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech and language therapists, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide training and supervision to junior staff members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy
- Master's degree in Behavioural Science or related field
- BCBA or BCaBA certification
- Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
