Lead Clinical Pharmacology and Phase I Services

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Clinical Pharmacology and Phase I Services team. As Vice President, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and operational oversight for our highly successful business units in Europe, while integrating them into our global initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Clinical Pharmacology, executive management experience, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality services to clients. You will be a key member of our Executive Leadership team and will have the opportunity to take on a global leadership role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Clinical Pharmacology and Phase I Services in Europe
  2. Integrate European business units into global initiatives
  3. Lead a team of experts in Clinical Pharmacology and Phase I Services
  4. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree (Masters or PhD preferred), possibly an MD
  • Substantial executive management experience
  • In-depth understanding of Clinical Pharmacology and Phase I services, operationally and commercially
