Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Driver Management Specialist to join our team and oversee the day-to-day management of our drivers. This role involves managing driver schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional service to our customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in logistics and transportation, with a focus on delivery and customer satisfaction. They will be responsible for planning routes, managing driver schedules, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage driver schedules to ensure efficient delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Monitor and improve delivery times and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve driver productivity and efficiency

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics and transportation
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of UK road networks and computerised traffic systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this role is £48,000-£58,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan.
