Cart Attendant

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Golf Cart Attendant.

1. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist golfers with their bags and equipment, creating a positive experience.
2. Maintain Cart Fleet: Clean and stage carts after each use, and ensure they are charged at the end of the day.
3. Facility Upkeep: Ensure carts are available for player use at all times, windshields are clean, and seats are dry. Collaborate with the Pro Shop during tournaments.
4. Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain the cart barn and clubhouse exterior, including trash receptacles, shoe brushes, and doorways clear of leaves and grass.
5. Wash Stations: Keep them clean with no grass or debris.
6. Cart Barn Floors: Utilize blowers to maintain cleanliness.
7. Damage Reporting: Inform the supervisor and Pro Shop Attendant of any cart damage.
8. Customer Assistance: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues that arise.
9. Event Support: Assist with setting up and taking down events or tournaments.
10. Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a secure environment for guests.
11. Relief Duties: Timely relieve other employees.
12. Daily Operations: Manage the driving range daily, ensuring ropes are reset each morning, and inspect and refill water coolers.

Estimated Salary: $30,500 - $40,800 per year
