Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Generalist to join our team at Koffeecup. As a 3D Generalist, you will be responsible for developing high-quality 3D assets, collaborating with the core team to determine technical feasibility, and resolving complex issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality 3D assets for games and applications
  • Collaborate with the core team to develop the overall vision and determine technical feasibility
  • Resolve complex, escalated issues and approve technical specifications
  • Assess existing tools and design custom ones to support art pipelines and workflows
  • Represent the art team in technical discussions and requirements meetings
  • Write documentation, tutorials, and training videos, and provide training to the Art, Design, and Engineering departments
  • Texture 3D assets for pre-rendered or runtime applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Technical discipline, or other relevant training
  • 3+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist in the video game industry
  • Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine or Unity, Maya, Photoshop, Substance Designer, and version control software
  • Advanced understanding of creative and game development processes
  • Open-minded team player attitude, strong work ethic, and self-motivation
  • Passion for playing and making video games
