About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analysis Manager to join our team at Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in senior leadership positions within small companies. You should possess excellent analytical skills, advanced computer skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to implementation.

You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the accounting system, manage staff, and contribute to the development of corporate and annual business plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage budgets and ensure financial compliance
  • Oversee the accounting system and implement process improvements

  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting software packages
  • Experience in senior leadership positions within small companies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life insurance, and private healthcare.
