Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at Nine Twenty Engineering & Manufacturing. This role will involve assembling printed circuit boards and related assemblies for satellite products in Glasgow, UK.

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in hand-soldering surface mount components, familiarity with PCB layout, schematics, and production documentation, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assemble PCBs and electronic assemblies for satellite products
  • Conduct tasks in line with production standards, quality benchmarks, and budget goals
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing updates and escalating any issues
  • Keep documentation, procedures, and records up-to-date
  • Adhere to GDPR and Data Protection guidelines
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in hand-soldering surface mount components
  • Familiarity with PCB layout, schematics, and production documentation
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dexterity and physical capability for precision work
  • Self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset
Estimated Salary:

£28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
