About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and experienced pastry professional to take on a key role within our kitchen team. As Pastry Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Head Chef in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Head Chef in the preparation and service of food
  • Running a section and mentoring junior chefs
  • Maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • A proven track record in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm and professional demeanor
  • A thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
