This role offers flexibility in terms of experience and background. We consider Quality Professionals with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in any manufacturing or production environment. While electronics experience is not required, we encourage applicants with relevant skills.

Job Overview

This full-time position involves supporting all departments to ensure compliance with accreditations crucial to the Company's strategic direction. The primary accreditations include AS9100, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485.

The key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Leading product quality in production, which encompasses containment, investigation, correction, implementation, and validation of corrective actions.
  • Assisting in the development of a Continuous Improvement culture throughout the Business.
  • Supporting the introduction of Customer-led Quality Initiatives such as Total Preventative Maintenance.
  • Maintaining and developing the Company's Quality Management Systems.
  • Supporting the introduction of necessary accreditations to reach the Company's strategic objectives.
  • Compiling and reviewing strategic company and departmental KPIs.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in day-to-day activities.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure cohesion and synergy between teams to achieve quality products on time.

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in a Quality Engineer position within a manufacturing/engineering environment or similar.
  • Familiarity with regulated standards: ISO 9001, AS 9100, ISO 13485, IATF 16949.
  • Experience with problem-solving and investigation methods such as 8D, CAPA, 5-Whys.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data handling, and analysis.
  • Experience in planning and conducting supplier audits.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
