Job Description

As a Logistics Director, you'll be responsible for creating a culture of safety and wellbeing within the team. You'll also analyse and improve quality and productivity, oversee projects to optimise processes, and work collaboratively with colleagues to standardise shift practices.

  • Relevant experience in logistics or supply chain management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to use data to inform business decisions
  • Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
