Job Summary

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to provide high-quality care and support

Requirements

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work as part of a team. You don't need any social care experience, but you'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge.
