We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to take on a challenging role as a Restaurant Supervisor at EG Group.
About the RoleThis role involves supervising colleagues, maintaining food safety and hygiene, and leading by example. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. In the Store Manager's absence, you will take charge of shifts and make business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Colleagues: Ensure timely completion of duties by supervising, delegating tasks, and motivating colleagues.
- Maintain Food Presentation: Actively participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Ensure colleagues adhere to uniform regulations and provide cover during busy periods or absences.
This role offers a competitive salary of up to £23,800 per annum, based on a £12.25 hourly rate. Additionally, you'll benefit from a quarterly bonus incentive scheme.
