Key Responsibilities:- Financial Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to group deadlines, including monthly accounts closing and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Financial Insights: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and audits, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Fixed Asset Management: Maintain the fixed asset register and capex reporting.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as required.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to group financial process improvement and maintain controls integrity.
- Stock Control: Oversee stock control and provide operational support to ensure financial accuracy.
- Intercompany Reconciliations: Perform quarterly intercompany reconciliations.
- Qualifications: ACCA or CIMA final level qualification minimum.
- Background: Background in FMCG or manufacturing preferable.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills.
- Competitive Salary: Competitive salary package.
