We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in a SEMH school in London. The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children who present challenging behaviour and have complex social, emotional and learning needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise progress for children. They will also have a flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to lead whole-staff training and be an ambassador for the school brand and vision.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, resourcing and preparing effective and engaging therapy programmes for children
  • Liaising with teachers and leaders to support the development of therapy programmes
  • Providing therapeutic intervention to aid children's emotional well-being and learning
