We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Vehicle Trainer to join our team at Protocol National Limited. As a Motor Vehicle Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment to apprentices in Motor Vehicle, Fabrication and Welding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching and Assessment: Design and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of learners.
- Practical Instruction: Plan and execute practical learning days, ensuring safety and educational value.
- Student Support: Monitor and assess learner progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in professional development to stay current with industry standards and educational best practices.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and safeguarding requirements, promoting a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Enrichment Activities: Participate in the college's enrichment programs and support the planning of educational trips and visits.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Appropriate vocational qualifications to at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
- Assessor Qualifications: Have, or be willing to work towards Assessor qualifications i.e., A1 and V1 awards or equivalent.
- Teaching Qualifications: Have, or be willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
