Position Overview

Are you seeking a dynamic position in the realm of events fundraising that allows you to innovate and develop engaging event strategies? This opportunity is tailored for you.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated success in managing effective challenge event programs.
  • Experience supervising a team member, with responsibilities focused on surpassing key performance indicators and revenue goals.
  • Skilled in evaluating event suppliers and possessing strong risk management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in both in-person and virtual event execution.
  • Ability to think strategically while making data-informed decisions and executing operational tasks efficiently.
  • Collaborative mindset to work with various internal teams to exchange ideas and best practices.
  • Genuine passion for community support.
  • Competence in designing and planning customized events.

Core Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the current events strategy and delivery model, crafting tailored supporter journeys for all event participants while ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving effective registration targets.
  • Effectively engage across marketing channels and digital advertising initiatives to enhance participation.
  • Maintain budgetary compliance, continuously monitoring expenditures and ensuring revenue targets are achieved.
  • Regularly assess and enhance the challenge events portfolio, both domestically and internationally.
  • Initiate the design of a strategy for developing and hosting proprietary events.
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety Managers to guarantee event safety.
