About the Opportunity

Apleona HSG Facility Management has an exciting opportunity for a Planned Maintenance Technician to join their team at the Esso West London Terminal in Stanwell. The successful applicant will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance at the client premises, ensuring compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.

Job Description

The Planned Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking planned maintenance of building engineering services to ensure compliance with specifications, PPM schedules, and procedures.
  • Responding to emergency call-outs to ensure client systems are not prejudiced and to maintain continuity of operation.
  • Operating the contract in a proactive manner to minimize difficulties with building environmental systems.
  • Ensuring all communication channels are utilized to keep both the client and the company informed of relevant information.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Formal electrical qualifications.
  • Experience working in a similar environment.
  • Knowledge and experience completing Atex inspections would be desirable but not essential as training can be given.
  • Knowledge and experience on maintaining Pumps/Motors/Control systems.
