Relief Security Officer

We are seeking a Relief Security Officer to join our team at Securitas Security Services. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises. You will be working 48 hours per week on both day and night shifts, travelling to various sites in the region to conduct thorough patrols and monitor security systems.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting hourly patrols to monitor and secure the premises, identifying and mitigating potential security risks.
- Locking and unlocking buildings as required to maintain security protocols and ensure the integrity of our clients' assets.
- Booking in visitors and clients, ensuring accurate records and adherence to security procedures to maintain a secure and controlled environment.
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team to uphold safety standards and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Answering telephones and handling inquiries professionally to support operational needs and provide a positive experience for our clients.
- SIA Licence and Driving Licence to enable you to travel to various sites and conduct patrols.
- Access to a vehicle or good transport links to ensure you can respond to incidents and attend site visits.
- RTW and 5yr checkable history to ensure you meet our security clearance requirements.
- 5yrs min Security experience to demonstrate your ability to work in a security role and respond to challenging situations.
- Computer literate to enable you to use our security systems and software.
- Able to conduct patrols and respond to incidents in a professional and effective manner.
- Works well as a team to ensure a high level of customer service and maintain a positive working environment.
- Fully flexible to work day and night shifts to meet the needs of our clients and ensure the security of their premises.
- Strong work ethic to ensure you meet the demands of the role and provide a high level of service to our clients.
