Conveyancing Administration Officer

* Using case management systems to manage client files and workflows
* Dealing with client queries and taking instructions from clients
* Amending and reformating documents as required
* Applying for searches using online services including the Land Registry
* Using HMRC website to complete Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
You will also be responsible for maintaining client files and filing systems, as well as assisting fee earners in the maintenance of client accounts.
We offer a salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
