We are seeking an experienced and qualified Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Coach to join our team at S Knights Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to work remotely with occasional travel within a 50-mile radius of their location.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering Teaching Assistant apprenticeship standards at level 3, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and teach a caseload of learners efficiently. Our client is an award-winning organisation with a Grade 2 Ofsted report, supporting thousands of learners achieve their apprenticeship standards and thrive in their future careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and generate scheme of work and session plans under the guidance of the Quality Team.
  • Conduct delivery of Functional Skills qualifications within apprenticeship frameworks.
  • Maintain precise and current records for individual learners, utilising e-portfolios and caseload trackers in accordance with internal protocols.
  • Participate in self-assessment activities aimed at driving continuous improvement.
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of electronic diaries, detailing appointments accurately and consistently.
  • Facilitate Teaching Assistant Apprenticeships up to Level 3.
  • Conduct initial assessments of learners to determine their starting points on the course.
  • Evaluate learner performance within workplace settings.
  • Conduct regular progress reviews with learners.
