SRG is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to find a skilled Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights. This role will be a key part of the company's team, contributing to high-quality analytical support and insights.

Job Description:

As Senior Manager in Performance Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders. You will design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making. Additionally, you will manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake and ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Guide the Performance Analytics & Insights team to deliver high-quality analytical support and insights.

2. Provide Actionable Insights: Utilize IQVIA and Pharma data to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

3. Design and Implement SQL-Based Queries: Design, develop, and implement SQL-based queries and scripts to analyze large datasets and support business decision-making.

4. Manage Data Storage and Retrieval: Manage and optimize data storage and retrieval processes using Snowflake.

5. Ensure Comprehensive Documentation: Ensure comprehensive documentation of data processes, analytics methodologies, and insights to maintain transparency and knowledge sharing.

6. Presentation and Communication: Present findings and insights to senior leadership and other key stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data analytics to continuously improve and innovate our analytical capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in performance analytics, data insights, or a related area.

3. Strong expertise in IQVIA data and Pharma data is essential.

4. Proficient in SQL coding with the ability to write complex queries and scripts.

5. Experience with Snowflake for data storage and management.

6. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.

7. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

8. Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.

Desirable Skills:

1. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.

2. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

3. Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £28,850 to £36,380 per annum, with a range of £32,330 to £40,770 on an umbrella basis. This is based on a 12-month contract and is inclusive of the London Living Wage.
