About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a flexible supply/temporary Education Assistant in a variety of SEN Schools and Primary Schools in South Gloucestershire. You'll have the chance to work with a range of students, each with unique needs and abilities, and contribute to their educational journey.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supporting teachers in creating individualized education plans for students with SEN.
  2. Providing one-to-one support to students with complex needs, using evidence-based strategies and techniques.
  3. Collaborating with other support staff and teachers to develop and implement effective inclusion strategies.
