Executive Store Director Role

We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to join our team at JoJo Maman Bébé. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and stock control
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and loyalty
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
- Analyse sales data to inform business decisions and drive growth
A typical week would involve working 4 x 7.5 hour shifts and 1 x 6 hour shift, with flexibility required to meet store requirements.
Requirements- Previous experience as a Store Manager in a retail environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competent IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits including a contributory pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and discount on JoJo products.
