Receptionist - Animal Care Expert

As a Client Care Liaison, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and contributing to the development of our hospital.
About the Role
You will be the initial point of contact with referring vets, partner practices, and pet owners to make appointments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for clients and their pets.
- Welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Work within a strong team dedicated to delivering exceptional client care.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical medical records accurately and securely.
- Process payments and issue invoices or receipts.
- Order office and reception supplies as needed.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Part-time permanent position working weekends.
- 6 weeks annual leave (FTE).
- Additional annual leave for your birthday, added to your holiday allowance.

Requirements:
- Previous receptionist experience or excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in an animal environment preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment, computer software, and electronic medical record systems.
