About the Role

This SEN Learning Support Assistant position offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.82 - £14.72 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, a calm and supportive approach, and a commitment to making a positive difference in students' learning journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and small group support to special educational needs (SEN) students, working closely with teachers to create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Support behaviour and learning strategies to meet the specific needs of each student, encouraging and fostering their social and academic development.
Requirements
  • Experience working with special educational needs (SEN) students is desirable but not essential.
  • Able to work effectively in a team, providing tailored support to students and collaborating with staff to achieve shared goals.
