Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a passionate and engaging individual to take over the management of The Marsh Harrier pub in Saint Ives, Cambridgeshire. As a Marston's Pub Partner, you will have the opportunity to run your own business, with a guaranteed annual retained sum of £35k and a share of weekly sales.

  • Access to our 450-strong support teams whenever you need them.
What's expected from you?

As a Marston's Pub Partner, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and financial management. You will need to have a proven track record of running a successful food-led business and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In addition to the £5k security deposit required for this agreement, you will need to cover legal costs (£360), and your own insurance (except building insurance, which we'll cover). You will also need to obtain your personal licence and complete your induction training.

This is a five-year commitment, so you have loads of time to build the business and get it performing brilliantly. If you do want to leave early, there's always the option of six months' notice with a 'break' clause in the contract.
