  • Process shipments via air, ocean, and road.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide quotations for air, road, and ocean freight services.
  • Negotiate ad-hoc rates with suppliers and manage invoicing for shipments.
  • Collaborate with haulage companies to arrange collections and deliveries.

Requirements:

  • Experience with consolidations, HAWBs/MAWBs, and IATA shipment procedures.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures, including Inward & Outward Processing Reliefs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (WORD, OUTLOOK, EXCEL) and familiarity with ASM/Chief system and NCTS.
