About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, assisting residents with personal care activities, delivering emotional support, and getting involved in general activities within the care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Assist residents with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. ">
  • Deliver emotional support to residents, providing a listening ear and helping them to feel comfortable and secure. ">
  • Participate in general activities within the care home, such as hobbies, games, and social events. ">
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the care team to provide high-quality care and support to residents. ">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a care setting. ">
  • Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. ">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ">
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays. ">
