Sous Chef Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our kitchen team at Bupa Global, where you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our residents.

1. Design and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, using fresh ingredients to create balanced and nutritious meals.
2. Lead the kitchen team in delivering exceptional service and quality, ensuring consistency and efficiency throughout.
3. Manage food preparation, cooking, and serving processes, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including COSHH and HACCP guidelines.
4. Cater for special events and seasonal activities, showcasing your creativity and attention to detail while delivering exceptional service and quality.
