About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Leader to join our team in a residential care home setting. As a Care Leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, while also mentoring and guiding a team of care staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet individual resident needs
- Mentoring and supporting care staff to improve their skills and confidence
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure seamless care transitions
About the Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid foundation in health and social care, preferably with NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. Previous experience in a leadership capacity is desirable, as is your ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits and rewards that promote personal and professional growth.
