Marketing Manager - B2C Retrofit

Certas Energy UK Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our B2C retrofit products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Create and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to educate, engage, and convert new and existing commercial customers.
• Design and lead the implementation of the customer journey to optimize customer experience.
• Work closely with the Leadership Team to deliver integrated strategic plans to achieve shared KPIs and 3-year plan.
• Be customer-focused and create results-driven campaigns from acquisition through to nurture.
• Understand the basics of referral mechanics, conversion optimization, and SEO, and have expertise in these channels.
• Have strong data skills and a deep desire to understand users and improve their experience at every opportunity.
• Research, translate, and communicate industry and customer insights to internal stakeholders to inform proposition development and campaigns.
• Set and deliver goals/KPIs for all marketing activities with evaluations and ROI to be measured and reported monthly.

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing or business-related subject.
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2C or similar environment.
• Fully experienced with significant evidence of having developed effective customer insight and translated this into successful customer propositions and initiatives.
• Fully confident in preparing and delivering marketing and campaign activity plans.
• Commercially astute and able to demonstrate ROI.
• Evidence of having delivered effective multi-channel marketing activities, including website, SEO, PPC, EM, DM, PR, social media, business development/sales collateral, etc.
• Solid project management skills.
• Effective stakeholder and relationship manager with expert communications skills.
• Highly numerate with budget management experience.
• Curious in nature and keen to understand the 'why' behind the 'what' and 'how.'
• Organised, accountable, and driven - self-motivated and not needing (or wanting) to be micro-managed.
