Contract Manager - Achats

Permanent - 40 Hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contracts Manager to join our team within Lovell's North East region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, with experience of managing multiple sites, quality, budgets, people and all targets set.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers/clients
  • Ensure quality and client satisfaction against project specific KPI's
  • Manage multiple sites, quality, budgets, people and targets
  • Knowledge of current Building Regulations, NHBC Standards, Health, and Safety and Environmental legislation

Requirements:
