About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our team at Francis Clark LLP. As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the Client Onboarding processes in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Legislation.

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of an excellent client service through the provision of administrative tasks such as preparing letters and submitting key compliance documents to Financial Institutions.

Additionally, you will manage client data systems collaboratively with teams across the Firm and support the day-to-day operational running of the Audit and Assurance department through PA support to senior colleagues and attendance at workflow meetings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Client Onboarding processes in accordance with Anti-Money Laundering Legislation
  • Supporting the delivery of an excellent client service through administrative tasks
  • Managing client data systems collaboratively with teams across the Firm
  • Supporting the day-to-day operational running of the Audit and Assurance department
