Veterinary Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Farm Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Forth Valley Vets in Stirling, Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist ambulatory care to our farm, small holder, and equine clients across the Central belt and beyond.
Our farm workload is approximately 30% dairy and 70% beef and sheep, offering a diverse range of cases and opportunities for professional growth. We pride ourselves on our progressive approach to fertility planning and preventative medicine, as well as our ability to offer lameness investigations, endoscopy, and gastroscopy.
As an Equine Veterinary Surgeon, you will work with a variety of leisure horses and ponies, providing routine care and investigating lameness and other conditions. You will also have the opportunity to work with our dedicated team of Vets to provide high-quality care to our clients.
Day-to-DayThis is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week over 4 days, with the option to consider part-time for the right candidate. You will be required to work the out-of-hours rota and hold a valid UK driving license.
