Job Summary:

Manpower Group (UK) is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team as a Team Lead. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative - Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the areas within our client's remit are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to ensure the areas are aesthetically pleasing at all times.
  • Manage and maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.

Requirements:

  • Physical fitness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Full valid UK Driving License.
  • Horticultural Qualification Level 2 or above.
  • Willingness to learn and open to training.
  • Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
  • Recent experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role.
  • 28 days paid holiday (Pro Rata).
