Job Title: Senior Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) - PICU/Acute

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at a leading PICU Mental Health Hospital in Nottingham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to patients with complex mental health needs.

About the Role:
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients on our PICU wards, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and promoting positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and services.
  • Support the development and mentorship of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • A relevant nursing qualification (RMN or RNLD).
