BikeRight, a leading cycling development organization in the UK, is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join their team as Cycle Instructors. With nearly two decades of experience in cycling development, BikeRight has established itself as a pioneer in the field, providing unparalleled expertise and knowledge.
As a Cycle Instructor with BikeRight, you will have the opportunity to inspire people to cycle, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. You will work on successful Bikeability contracts across the North West and West Midlands, primarily in Cheshire West, Chester, and Greater Manchester.
Job Details- Part-time, during school term, with a minimum of hours annually and option for additional hours in holidays and weekends.
- Fixed-term contract.
- Option to be freelance (self-employed).
BikeRight offers a comprehensive training package, including:
- STsport Level Award in Instructing Cycle Training.
- First Aid training.
- Safeguarding training.
- Cycle Maintenance training.
- CRM system training.
As a Cycle Instructor, your main duties will include:
- Planning, delivery, and administration of cycle training sessions in schools, in line with National Standards and Bikeability delivery guidelines.
- Effective communication with schools, trainees, and the wider BikeRight team.
- A positive approach to cycling and promoting BikeRight's aims.
Successful candidates will be expected to work independently, possess good IT skills, be conscientious, reliable, and flexible.
