Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Performing Arts lecturer to join our team at NCG. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, specializing in Acting, Acting for TV and Film, and Estill Voice International.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach a range of Performing Arts modules across levels 1-5, including classical and contemporary acting techniques, voice and movement, and psychological techniques.
  • Develop and deliver curriculum content that is engaging, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of our Performing Arts program, including curriculum design, assessment, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
Requirements
  • PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Professional industry experience in Performing Arts, with a strong background in acting, voice, and movement.
  • Relevant degree in a related field, such as drama, theatre, or performance studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Certified Level 1 and Level 2 Estill Voice International training.
  • Experience in teaching Estill Voice International techniques.
