We are looking for a Multilingual Client Liaison to join our team at Quest Employment. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients in their native language, providing a seamless and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to dedicated clients, including answering phone calls and responding to emails in their native language.
  • Administer bookings, stock, and queries, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Raise delivery paperwork on our in-house system and greet customers, visitors, and drivers upon arrival.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. You will be working closely with high-end fashion and logistics clients, providing a professional and courteous service.

The estimated salary for this role is around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Training and career progression opportunities are also available within the company.
