Job Title: Principal Fire Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Principal Fire Engineer to join our team at Brandon James. As a key member of our fire engineering team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of our presence in the North of the country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement fire safety strategies for various sectors, including healthcare, education, commercial, and residential.
  • Lead fire engineering design projects from RIBA Stage 2 (concept design) through to handover, ensuring compliance with Approved Document B.
  • Conduct fire audits and provide expert witness services as required.
  • Formulate overall building fire strategies and ensure fire compliance.
  • Engage with stakeholders and clients to provide fire safety solutions.
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree or masters in fire engineering or a related discipline.
  • AIFireE certification.
  • Proven experience in fire engineering design, fire safety strategies, and fire risk assessment.
